Labor Dispute Resolution Services

Four retired labor attorneys created Labor Dispute Resolution Services with a unique approach for its mediation services in a broad range of labor/management settings.

Jonathan Barnes, David Wanger, Donald Siegel and Jerry Weinstein were in private practice as labor law attorneys. Together they possess over two hundred years of experience in the field of labor relations. David and Don represented unions and workers while Jonathan and Jerry represented management clients. Together they are the principals of LDRS and will staff the initial teams of mediators dispatched to a particular dispute. Full biographies of the principals are attached.
